通过优化角膜曲率测量提高白内障手术预测屈光力准确性

摘要 目的探讨通过优化角膜曲率测量提高人工晶状体测算准确性,减少术后屈光误差的可行性。方法选择在本院行白内障手术的44眼,分别用IOL Master测得的角膜曲率和Pentacam测得的SimK代入Haigis公式进行人工晶状体测算。白内障术后1月进行验光,比较由两种角膜曲率得出的预测屈光力的准确性。结果与IOL Master测得的角膜曲率相比,Pentacam测得的SimK减少了0.07±0.23D (P<0.05),代入Haigis公式得到的预测屈光力中近视性预测误差减小了-0.08±0.26D(P<0.05)。当同一病例的两种预测屈光力之间差异≥0.25D时,Pentacam测得的SimK能够减少-0.16±0.39D的近视性预测误差,趋势比较明显。结论利用Pentacam测得的角膜曲率SimK可有效减少近视性预测误差。
