药物涂层球囊在急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死治疗中的作用研究进展被引量：9

摘要现今,急诊PCI置入药物洗脱支架已经成为治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)的优选策略,可改善患者临床预后,降低了心源性及全因死亡率。但支架内急、慢性血栓形成影响了急诊PCI的疗效。急诊PCI首要目的为快速恢复冠状动脉(冠脉)血流,从置入支架后可能会造成无复流并扩大心肌梗死面积考虑,如果病变在血栓抽吸及球囊扩张后无明显残存狭窄且血流恢复后不应置入支架。
