摘要
本文以全球社会资本主导的最大新城开发项目——韩国松岛新城为例对项目中应用PPP(Public Private Partnerships)模式中的问题进行分析,结合相关理论针对特定问题给出评价并提出建议;通过松岛新城项目和华夏幸福模式进行对比得出新城项目成功的关键所在。
This paper takes New Songdao City as an example,which is the largest new town development project dominated by global social capital,to analyze the problems in the application of Public Private Partnerships model in the project,and to give evaluation and suggestions for specific problems in combination with project management theories;through the comparison of New Songdao Sity Project and Huaxia Happiness Model,the key to the success of the new town project is obtained.
