本文主要以某高速公路项目为例,分析在项目建设阶段成本风险管控过程中遇到的问题,通过对风险点识别、风险点量化的深度剖析,总结相应的应对措施,意在为日后工程提供可参考的经验。

This paper mainly takes a highway project as an example to analyze the problems encountered in the process of cost risk management and control during the project construction phase.Through the deep analysis of risk point identification and risk point quantification,the corresponding countermeasures are summarized,in order to provide experience that can be referenced.
