摘要 机械制造产业作为我国经济增长的主要来源之一,其重要性在我国经济发展过程中不言而喻。而机械加工是机械制造企业中最重要的生产工艺之一,其加工工作的成果及安全性影响着整个机械制造产业。但是在实际的机械加工过程中,车间内很容易出现一些安全隐患。因此,本文主要从机械加工车间安全事故的特点,引起车间内安全事故发生的原因以及安全风险的识别过程方法及风险控制措施的制定这三个方面进行简要的探究,希望对相关企业和部门有帮助。 The machinery manufacturing industry is one of the main sources of China's economic growth,and its importance is selfevident in the process of China's economic development.Machining is one of the most important production processes in machinery manufacturing enterprises.The results and safety of its processing work affect the entire machinery manufacturing industry.However,in the actual machining process,some safety hazards are likely to occur in the workshop.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses the characteristics of safety accidents in machining workshops,the causes of safety accidents in the workshop,the identification process methods of safety risks and the formulation of risk control measures.It is hoped that this paper can provide some reference for relevant enterprises and departments.
