摘要
随着近些年核电项目的发展,风险管理的需求也日益迫切。根据长期以来对核电项目管理中风险管理的研究发现,在项目设计阶段和建造阶段开展项目风险的全面管理具有明显的效果。本文主要分析了全面风险管理在核电项目管理中的应用,以及提高核电厂全面风险管理的途径。
With the development of nuclear power projects in recent years,the demand for risk management has become increasingly urgent.According to the long-term research on risk management in nuclear power project management,it is found that the comprehensive management of project risks in the project design phase and construction phase has obvious effects.This paper mainly analyzes the application of comprehensive risk management in nuclear power project management and the ways to improve the comprehensive risk management of nuclear power plants.
