Single production and single-entry is one of the important indicators to measure safe,high-yield and high-efficiency modern mines.The occurrence conditions of coal seams and their geological conditions are important factors that restrict the single production and single-entry of mines.This paper starts with the objective factors affecting the single-yield single-entry of Zaoquan Coal Mine,and analyzes the impact on the single production and single-entry of the mine under the complex geological conditions.At the same time,according to the existing conditions of Zaoquan Coal Mine,the effective methods of improving the single production and single-entry in Zaoquan Coal Mine are expounded from the aspects of mine lean management,system and training.
