随着我国经济的发展和建筑行业的快速发展,建筑施工企业为了竞争到更多的企业利益,只能尽力地降低标价。然而企业降低标价得到项目后,如何降低施工成本就成为了企业能否盈利的关键性问题。所以企业进行成本的精细化管理是进行企业成本控制的必经之路。本文主要针对施工企业在成本管理方面存在的问题进行分析,并且提出有效的对策,希望对企业的未来发展起到作用。

With the development of China's economy and the rapid development of the construction industry,construction companies can only try to reduce the bidding price in order to compete for more enterprise interests.However,after the company reduces the bidding price to get the project,how to reduce the construction cost becomes a key issue for the company to make a profit.Therefore,the fine management of the cost of the enterprise is the only way to control the cost of the enterprise.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the cost management of construction enterprises,and proposes effective countermeasures,hoping to play a role in the future development of the enterprise.
