摘要
随着企业规模越来越大,施工项目越来越多,在日常的管理中,项目反映最多的问题之一就是人才缺乏,关键岗位人才的匮乏已成为制约企业发展的一大瓶颈。然而另一方面,大量的待岗、不在岗人员增加、人才流失情况不容乐观。如何合理解决这种人才层次配置不合理,供需总量的差距,在和谐稳定的状态下达到人尽其才,才为企用,成为目前企业亟待解决的问题。本文主要从施工企业人才供需矛盾产生的原因及如何解决这一矛盾进行探索和分析。
With the increasing scale of enterprises and more and more construction projects,one of the most frequently reflected problems in daily management is the lack of talents.The lack of talents in key positions has become a major bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises.On the other hand,however,the number of unemployed personnel is increasing and brain drain is not optimistic.How to reasonably solve the irrational allocation of such talents,the gap between the total supply and demand,and let talents employed in a harmonious and stable state,is an urgent problem for enterprises.This paper mainly explores and analyzes the causes of the contradiction between talent supply and demand of construction enterprises and how to solve this contradiction.
