摘要
混凝土开裂的问题始终困扰着工程的使用和寿命,施工中如何控制混凝土早期裂缝的产生有着重要意义。在蒙华铁路MHTJ-17标双线隧道工程中,基于现有的技术工艺水平,通过理论分析与实践验证,准确判定二衬混凝土产生裂缝的各种因素,并优化施工组织措施,最终无配筋地段二衬早期裂缝得到有效控制和消除。希望为以后同类混凝土结构裂缝的产生和控制提供帮助。
The problem of concrete cracking always affects the use and life of the project.It is of great significance to control the early cracks in concrete during construction.In the MHTJ-17standard double-track tunnel project of Inner Mongolia-Jiangxi Railway,based on the existing technical level,through theoretical analysis and practical verification,it can accurately determine the various factors causing cracks in the secondary lining concrete,and optimize the construction organization measures.Early cracks in the secondary lining of the rib section are effectively controlled and eliminated.It is hoped to help the generation and control of cracks in similar concrete structures in the future.
