摘要
针对卸船机起升低速制动器出现的蝶簧使用寿命缩短故障,根据液压系统故障排除的一般流程,首先对低速制动器液压系统工作原理进行分析,然后通过仪表测量参数的方法,归纳分析找出压力继电器这个故障源并进行排除,最后剖析其故障原因。
In view of the short service life of butterfly spring in hoist low-speed brake of ship unloader,according to the general procedure of troubleshooting of hydraulic system,firstly the working principle of the low-speed brake hydraulic system is analyzed,then by means of measuring parameters of instrument,inductive analysis is made to find out the source of the pressure relay fault and eliminate it.Finally,the cause of the failure is anatomized.
