摘要 为了提高皮带转载点喷雾的喷射距离、覆盖面积、雾化效果,降低生产成本消耗,我矿认真研究ZPC127型矿用触控自动洒水降尘喷雾装置的工作原理,在不增加使用难度的前提下,本着方便、经济、便捷的方针,增大了喷雾喷头容量,喷头内部形成雾化腔,雾化容腔可以使压风和压水更好的混合,同时还对混合体有加压和蓄能作用,真正做到了无人值守、自动喷雾、连续工作,解决了ZPC127型矿用触控自动洒水降尘喷雾诸多不足,,大大降低了井下空气中的粉尘浓度,较好地消除了粉尘隐患,进而保障职工身体健康,创造良好的生产作业环境。 In order to improve the injection distance,coverage area,atomization effect of the belt reprinting point spray,and reduce the cost of production,the mine carefully studies the working principle of the ZPC127mine automatic sprinkler spray device.Without increasing the difficulty of use,in line with the principle of convenience,economy,and convenience,the capacity of spray heads has been increased,and fog cavities have formed inside the spray heads.Fogging cavities can make better mixing of pressurized wind and pressurized water,and at the same time they also have pressure and energy storage effects on mixtures.It has truly achieved unmanned,automatic spraying,and continuous work,and has solved many deficiencies in the automatic sprinkling of water and dust spray for the ZPC127mine.It has greatly reduced the concentration of dust in the underground air,and has better eliminated the hidden dangers of dust,thus ensuring the health of employees and creating a good working environment.
