伴随着科学技术的不断发展和进步,BIM技术在工程施工中应用的频率也在不断增大,借助BIM技术体系能在提升建筑结构可靠性的基础上,为工程项目顺利开展和优化奠定基础。本文结合工程项目案例,简要分析了房建BIM技术的内涵,并对BIM技术在工程施工中的应用过程展开讨论,仅供参考。

With the continuous development and advancement of science and technology,the frequency of application of BIM technology in engineering construction is also increasing.With the help of BIM technology system,it can lay a foundation for the smooth development and optimization of engineering projects on the basis of improving the reliability of building structures.This paper combines the engineering project case,briefly analyzes the connotation of BIM technology in housing construction,and discusses the application process of BIM technology in engineering construction,for reference only.
