摘要
信息技术的快速发展,缩短了数据到决策的距离,移动互联、社交网络、电子商务、大数据等新技术推展了常规业务的疆域,结合日常国企中的干部测评工作,我们是否能够运用好这些技术,尤其是大数据,来将干部测评工作等常规业务,推上一个新的高度。大数据和干部测评工作有哪些相似之处,他们是相辅相成还是互相阻碍,通过应用与探索,我们相信未来大数据技术定会助力我们的工作。
The rapid development of information technology has shortened the distance from data to decision-making.New technologies such as mobile internet,social networking,e-commerce and big data have promoted the territory of conventional business.Can we use these technologies,especially big data,to develop the the cadre evaluation work to a depth in daily state-owned enterprises?What are the similarities between big data and cadre assessment?Whether they complement each other or hinder each other?Through application and exploration,we believe that big data technology will help our work in the future.
