In the library network environment,document cataloging implements computer management.The use of the machine-readable catalog CNMARC format provides a more convenient operating platform for the implementation of"subdivided catalog classification number,rough shelf classification number".This paper discusses from the following aspects:the analysis of the feasibility of the implementation of"subdivided catalog classification number,rough shelf classification number"in the network environment;the formulation of the relevant implementation rules;the CNMARC format operation steps in the actual work;mutual connection method of classified cataloging and bookstore management.
