Research of Voluntary Service Special Physical Education Based on Social Contribution in University——Considering Enlightenment from Volunteers' Activities in Japan's Universities

体育特殊志愿者在日本体育特殊教育、残障体育事业及大学社会贡献方面发挥着重要作用,日本的发展实际给我们很多有益的启示。研究表明,日本于20世纪90年代末期就形成了"观看—参与—支援"的三维体育观,社会贡献也成为大学除教学、科研以外的"第三使命",体育特殊志愿者成为大学"第三使命"完成的重要组成;公民教育和服务型学习是体育特殊志愿者教育的重要方面,是公民塑造、志愿培养、大学社会责任履行、社会贡献的保障;残障体育指导员培养是大学社会价值、社会责任的体现,也是残障体育事业及体育特殊志愿者重要的人力资源;大学与综合型地域体育俱乐部的协同是大学社会贡献及体育特殊志愿者作用的经典体现;日本福祉大学操作实际简析。以此为观照,反思中国体育特殊志愿者培养。

Voluntary service special physical education has a major part to play in Special Physical Education,sports course of disabled,social contribution of University and other areas in Japan.Through the analysis of Voluntary service special physical education of Japan,we can find some useful inspiration.Research has shown that the sport volunteer cultural environment with“Watch-Participating-Support”of the Japanese characteristics has gradually taken shape in the late1990s.social contribution can become“third mission”for University except University Teaching and Research.voluntary service special physical education is one of the important components of“third mission”for University.Citizenship education and Service learning is one of important methods in special education of voluntary service special physical education.It is the magnitude guarantee of modern civic personality,volunteer training,the universities’social responsibility and social contribution.Adapted sport instructor is the manifestation of universities’social value and social responsibility.It is the handicapped sports cause and voluntary service special physical education in the important human resources.The interplay between University and comprehensive regional sports club is the manifestation of social contribution and voluntary service special physical education.Finally,it is the specific example of Nihon Fukushi University.Based on those,the paper reflects several topics on the voluntary service special physical education in China.
