阿奇霉素联合特步他林雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Azithromycin Combined with Terbutaline Aerosol Inhalation in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children

目的探究对小儿支原体肺炎患儿予以阿奇霉素、特步他林雾化吸入联合治疗的效果。方法抽取在肇庆市端州区妇幼保健院接受治疗的68例小儿支原体肺炎患儿,按照随机数字表法分成两组,对照组予以阿奇霉素治疗(34例)、治疗组在对照组基础上联合特步他林雾化吸入治疗(34例)。观察两组患儿的治疗效果。结果治疗组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组,且临床症状缓解时间及住院时间短于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗组患儿呼吸功能改善情况优于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对小儿支原体肺炎患儿采用阿奇霉素联合特步他林雾化吸入治疗,可改善患儿呼吸功能,促使患儿早日康复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of atomization inhalation of azithromycin and terbutaline in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods Sixty-eight children with mycoplasma pneumonia received treatment in the hospital were divided into two groups according to the computer random number table method:the control group(34cases)and the treatment group(34cases),among which azithromycin was given as the control group.On this basis,the treatment group combined with terbutaline aerosol inhalation was used.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the clinical symptom remission time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group.In addition,the improvement of respiratory function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with terbutaline atomization inhalation can improve the respiratory function of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,and it is worthy of clinical application.
