硬膜外复合静脉全身麻醉在老年腹腔镜结肠癌根治术中的应用

Application of Epidural Combined Intravenous General Anesthesia in Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Colon Cancer in Elderly Patients

目的探讨研究硬膜外复合静脉全身麻醉在老年腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者中的应用效果及其对肺功能的影响。方法选取40例中国人民解放军第一五九医院行腹腔镜结肠癌根治术治疗的老年患者,将其分成观察、对照两组展开分析。其中,对照组选择静脉全身麻醉,观察组选择硬膜外复合静脉全身麻醉,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组肺功能指标均较对照组对应值稳定;观察组术后康复情况优于对照组对应值;观察组肺部感染发生率较对照组低(5. 00%<30. 00%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论针对老年腹腔镜结肠癌根治术采取硬膜外复合静脉全身麻醉进行干预,是减轻其肺功能损伤和加快患者术后康复进度的有效措施,且肺部感染发生情况少,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of epidural combined intravenous general anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer and its effect on lung function.Methods40elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer were divided into observation group and control group.Among them,the control group received intravenous general anesthesia,and the observation group received epidural combined intravenous general anesthesia.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The pulmonary function indexes in the observation group were more stable than those in the control group,the postoperative rehabilitation in the observation group was better than the corresponding value in the control group,and the incidence of pulmonary infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(5.00%<30.00%).The difference was stastically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of epidural combined intravenous general anesthesia for laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer in the elderly is an effective measure to reduce the lung function injury and accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation of the patients.Incidence of pulmonary infection is less and the safety is high.So it is worth popularizing.
