无托槽隐形矫治器治疗牙周炎继发错牙合畸形患者的临床效果及牙周健康影响

Clinical Effect and Periodontal Health of Patients with Periodontitis Secondary Malocclusion Treated with Orthodontic Appliance Without Brackets

目的探讨研究无托槽隐形矫治器治疗牙周炎继发错牙合畸形患者的临床效果及牙周健康影响。方法将于广州市第八人民医院治疗牙周炎继发错牙合畸形的60例患者平均分成观察组和对照组。其中,对照组采取直丝弓矫治器进行治疗,观察组选择无托槽隐形矫治器进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组对应值(96. 67%> 70. 00%);观察组治疗后的各项牙周健康指标水平均低于对照组对应值;观察组并发症发生率较对照组对应值低(16. 67%<53. 33%)。结论对牙周炎继发错牙合畸形患者采取无托槽隐形矫治器进行治疗,疗效甚佳,有效提高患者治疗有效率的同时有利于改善其牙周情况,且患者并发症少,安全性高,值得临床上大力推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and periodontal health of patients with secondary malocclusion to periodontitis treated with orthodontic appliance without brackets.Methods60patients with secondary malocclusion secondary to periodontitis in Guangzhou Eighth People s Hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group.Among them,the control group was treated with straight wire appliance,while the observation group was treated with no brackets invisible appliance.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(96.67%>70.00%),and the level of the periodontal health indexes of the observation group was lower than the corresponding value of the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(16.67%<53.33%).Conclusion The patients with secondary malocclusion of periodontitis are treated with no recessive stealth appliance,which has good curative effect.It is effective to improve the treatment efficiency and improve the periodontal condition,and the patient has less complications and high safety.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
