神经电生理监测重症脑血管病脑功能的临床价值

摘要 目的探讨研究神经电生理监测重症脑血管病脑功能的临床价值。方法将于南昌市第三医院收治的重症脑血管病患者随机抽出50例作研究对象(观察组),之后抽出同等例数非重症脑血管病患者纳入对照组,均予以其神经电生理监测(脑电图、体感诱发电位、脑干听觉诱发电位)进行干预,观察时间3个月,若期间出现死亡结局则终止观察,以此判断患者行神经电生理监测对其脑功能预后判断的临床价值。结果观察组预后不良问题发生概率较对照组对应值高观察组患者预后不良发生率为76. 00%,明显较对照组的30. 00%高;组间脑电图(EEG)、诱发电位(SEP)、脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)分级比较,观察组预后问题较对照组对应值差;观察组SEP、BAEP分级情况主要是以Ⅲ级为主,对照组主要是以Ⅰ级为主,且计算出组间数据差异值P <0. 05。结论针对重症脑血管病患者脑功能采取神经电生理监测完成预测工作,是评估其病情严重程度和判断患者预后的有效措施,为其病症诊断及后期治疗提供数据支持,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of neuroelectrophysiological monitoring of cerebral function of severe cerebrovascular disease.Methods50patients with severe cerebrovascular disease were randomly selected as subjects(observation group),and then the same number of patients with non severe cerebrovascular disease were taken into the group,and their electroencephalo electrophysiological monitoring(EEG)was given.Figure,somatosensory evoked potential,brainstem auditory evoked potential(brainstem auditory evoked potential)intervention were taken.3months were the observation time.If the death outcome was terminated in the period of observation,the clinical value of neuroelectrophysiological monitoring on the prognosis of brain function was judged.Results The incidence of poor prognosis in the observation group was76.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(30.00%).In the control group,I grade was the main factor,and the difference between the two groups was P<0.05.Conclusion It is an effective measure to evaluate the severity of the disease and to judge the prognosis of the patients with severe cerebrovascular disease by using neurophysiological monitoring to predict their brain function,and to provide data for the diagnosis and later treatment of the disease.So it is worth popularizing.
