单独抗血小板治疗与联合抗凝治疗在心源性脑梗塞中的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Wingle Wntiplatelet Therapy and Combined Anticoagulant Therapy in Patients with Cardiogenic Cerebral Infarction

目的探究单独抗血小板治疗与联合抗凝治疗在心源性脑梗塞中的临床效果。方法将2016年6月—2018年1月期间在中山市大涌医院内科收治的60例心源性脑梗塞患者作为研究对象,将其按照入院时间先后分为两组,2016年6月—2017年3月期间入院的30例患者作为对照组,给予抗血小板治疗; 2017年4月—2018年1月期间入院的30例患者作为观察组,给予抗血小板与抗凝联合治疗。结果治疗前,两组患者NIHSS评分以及BI指数差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05);治疗后,两组患者NIHSS评分以及BI指数明显优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);且观察组NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,BI指数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组总有效率为90. 00%,对照组总有效率为60. 00%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对心源性脑梗塞患者使用抗血小板联合抗凝治疗效果优于单独使用抗血小板治疗,NIHSS评分以及BI指数均能得到明显改善,治疗效果更加理想,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of antiplatelet therapy and combined anticoagulant therapy in patients with cardiogenic cerebral infarction.Methods60patients with cardiogenic cerebral infarction admitted in the hospital from June,2016to January,2018were divided into two groups according to the time of admission,and30patients admitted from June,2016to March,2017were regarded as control group.30patients admitted to hospital from April,2017to January,2018were treated with antiplatelet and anticoagulant therapy.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in NIHSS and BI index in two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score and BI index of two groups were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05).NIHSS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was90.00%and that of control group was60.00%.The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of anti-platelet combined anticoagulant therapy in patients with cardiogenic cerebral infarction is better than that of anti-platelet therapy alone in NIHSS score and BI index.It has been improved obviously,the therapeutic effect is more ideal,and it is worth popularizing.
