不同手术方案对于腰椎管狭窄症治疗的效果分析

Effect of Different Surgical Protocols on Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Treatment

目的探究分析手术方式治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床效果。方法选择2013年1月—2018年1月在金湖县中医院接受治疗的66例腰椎管狭窄症患者,将其分为观察组和对照组,以治疗方法的异同为标准划分。对照组患者接受保守治疗,观察组患者接受手术治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者在治疗前的SF-36生活质量评分相较差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组患者的SF-36评分显著优于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义;且观察组患者治疗的有效率为93. 40%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为75. 76%,观察组的数值结果显著高于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(X^2=5. 111,P=0. 003)。结论在腰椎管狭窄症的治疗中,手术疗法的治疗效果显著优于保守治疗,具有较高的临床价值,值得应用与推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of surgical treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods66patients with lumbar spinal canal stenosis in the hospital from January,2013to January were divided into two groups,2018,i.e.the observation group and the control group.The differences and similarities between the treatment methods were as the standard.The patients in the control group were treated with conservative treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated by surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups before the treatment.The SF-36score of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group after the treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The effective rate of the treatment in the observation group was93.40%,and the effective rate of the control group was75.76%.The numerical results were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=5.111,P=0.003).Conclusion In the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis,the therapeutic effect of surgical treatment is significantly better than that of conservative treatment.It is of high clinical value and is worthy of application and popularization.
