城市社区卫生医务人员健康教育现状调查

Ivestigation on Health Education of Medical Staff in Urban Community Health

目的了解城市社区卫生服务机构医务人员健康教育工作现状,为改进工作提出对策。方法抽取了哈尔滨市6个城区22所社区卫生服务机构,以问卷的方式对服务机构的医务人员进行了调查。结果医务人员对社区居民疾病分布,能够完全了解的有38人(14. 2%)、了解一部分的206人(76. 9%)、不了解的24人(9%);医务人员对健康教育知识及技能培训有需求的253人(94. 4%),没有需求的15人(5. 6%)。结论重视健康教育专业部门的指导作用,加强对社区居民疾病分布的了解和掌握。加大对医务人员健康教育相关知识与技能的培训力度。

Objective To understand the current situation of health education for medical personnel in urban community health service institutions,Put forward countermeasures to improve the work.Methods22community health service institutions in six urban districts of Harbin city were selected.The medical staff of the service institutions were investigated by means of questionnaires.Results The distribution of diseases among community residents by medical personnel,38people(14.2%),206people(76.9%)and24people(9%)can fully understand.253(94.4%)of the medical personnel needed health education knowledge and skills training,15people(5.6%)without demand.Conclusion Attach importance to the guiding role of health education departments.To strengthen the understanding and control of disease distribution among community residents.Increase training efforts for health education related knowledge and skills of medical personnel.K
