试述心肾综合征的病理生理学及临床治疗进展研究

Study on Pathophysiology and Clinical Treatment of Cardiorenal Syndrome

国内外研究证明,心脏与肾脏之间存在着紧密的联系,心脏或肾脏出现功能障碍后,极易导致另一器官出现异常,医学上将此类病征成为心肾综合征。心脏与肾脏都是人体内的重要器官,一旦患者出现二者综合性疾病,对生命安全威胁极大。心肾综合征是发病率较高,患者一旦同时患上慢性肾衰竭与慢性心力衰竭,机体功能受到二者间强烈作用影响,极易导致心肾功能急性、恶性病变,病理损害在叠加作用下被放大,心脏、肾脏损伤程度加剧,同时导致体内重要器官受到影响,致死率进一步升高。心肾综合征的病理机制多样,临床研究较少,本文主要通过病理生理学与研究进展的探析,以求在临床治疗中达到一定借鉴意义。

Domestic and foreign studies have proved that there is a close relationship between the heart and kidney.Heart or kidney dysfunction is easy to lead to another organ abnormal.This medical symptom is cardiorenal syndrome.Heart and kidney are important organs in human body.Once the patient suffers from both chronic renal failure and chronic heart failure,the body function is strongly affected by the two factors,which can easily lead to acute and malignant lesions of heart and kidney function.The pathological damage is magnified by superposition,and the degree of heart and kidney injury is aggravated.At the same time,the important organs in the body are affected and the fatality rate further increases.The pathomechanism of cardiorenal syndrome is diverse,but the clinical research is less.Through the pathophysiology and the research progress analysis,certain reference significance in the clinical treatment can be achieved.
