论校园足球动力机制:以利益为中心的多重博弈

校园足球发展面临的最大问题是动力机制。如果动力不足,再好的师资和场地都不会产生出浓郁的校园足球氛围,培养不出优秀的校园足球人才。校园足球所预设的"踢好足球,上名大学"计划对家长有一定的吸引力,但并不是发展校园足球的核心动力。绝大部分家长让孩子参与校园足球的目的,是促进孩子身心健康,让孩子有一项体育特长,进而养成终身体育的意识。因此,"给孩子踢球时间"和"把孩子带向球场"是推动校园足球发展的核心要务。

The biggest problem facing the development of campus football is the dynamic mechanism.If the power is not enough,no matter how good the teachers and venues will produce a strong campus football atmosphere,and can not cultivate excellent campus football talents.The“Kicking a Good Football,Going to the Fame University”program,which is preset by campus football,has certain appeal to parents,but it is not the core driving force for developing campus football.The goal of most parents to let their children participate in campus football is to promote the physical and mental health of children,so that children have a sports specialty,and then develop a sense of lifelong sports.Therefore,“to give children time to play”and“to bring children to the stadium”is the core task of promoting the development of campus football.
