澳大利亚悉尼大学体育教育专业人才培养特点与启示 被引量:17

On Construction and Enlightenment of Physical Education Teacher Education Program in Australia from the University of Sydney's Experience

摘要 为了探寻澳大利亚有关职前体育教师培养方面的相关经验,研究以澳大利亚悉尼大学为例,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和案例研究法,对该校体育教育专业的培养要求及目标、课程设置、师资队伍建设、学生实践经验培养等方面进行分析。结果表明:该专业培养的是"全科教育家"而非只局限于"体育教师",同时兼顾培养从事社区卫生、娱乐等方面工作的相关人才;在课程设置方面,侧重培养职前体育教师的教育教学能力、鼓励学生选修跨专业课程,挖掘潜力培养综合型人才、课程的评价方式多元化;在师资队伍建设方面,教师队伍精简但实力雄厚、具备丰富的教学实践经验、研究方向紧跟社会焦点,体现公共责任感;在实践经验培养方面,建立了完善成熟的实习机制、注重学生学生科研能力的培养、教师上岗资格考核规范化,保证专业能力与素养、设立职业服务中心,提供职场实践机遇。 In order to explore the pre-service physical education(PE)teacher training experience of Australia,this study,using literature review,comparative research and logical analysis while proceeding from the perspective of ideology and goal,explores curriculum design,faculties and practice experience and analyzes the physical education teacher education(PETE)program of the University of Sydney(USYD)of Australia.It was found that USYD’s PETE program focusing on training“general educators”,not only“physical education teachers”,but also fostering talents related to community health,entertainment and other aspects;in terms of curriculum setting,it focuses on cultivating students’teaching skills,encouraging students to choose interdisciplinary courses,exploring the potential of comprehensive talents,and making evaluation methods of courses more diversified;in terms of the construction of teaching staff,the teacher team is simple but powerful,teachers have rich teaching practice experience,teachers’research direction closely follow the hot spots of society which reflect their public responsibility;in terms of practical experience training,the mature internship mechanism has been set up to improve students’scientific research ability,the teachers’qualification assessment has been standardized to ensure pre-service physical education teacher’s professional ability and literacy,and the vocational service center has been set up to provide practical opportunities for students.
