高校开展文化育人工作需要在党和国家的领导下进行。习近平同志作为党和国家最高领导人,自党的十八大以来,在不同场合发表了关于文化育人方面的不同讲话。习近平同志关于文化育人的讲话,对中国高等教育文化育人工作具有重要指导意义。文化育人的前提是文化自信,涉及社会主义核心价值观,中国特色社会主义文化教育等内容,应立足于中国独特文化,加强高校哲学社会科学工作。

To carry out the work of educating people with civilized manner in higher educational institutions,it is a must to be under the leadership of the Party and the state.As the top leader of the Party and the state,Comrade Xi Jinping has given various speeches in relation to Civilizing People with Humanity Spirit at different occasions since the12th Congress of the Party,which bear significant instructional sense to implementation of Civilizing People with Humanity Spirit in China’s higher educational institutions.The preconditions for Civilizing People with Humanity Spirit are confidence in our own culture,which involves in such contents as socialist core values and socialist cultural education with Chinese Characteristics etc.,thus,we should set our feet on the unique cultures of China and intensify the work on philosophy and social science education in higher education institutions.
