信息化时代背景下高职院校工匠文化重构探讨

On Craftsmanship Culture Reconstruction in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Information Age

信息化时代高职院校学生产生的行为偏差需要通过校园工匠文化建设来解决,在厘清高职院校文化建设误区的基础上,引导师生追求工匠的"道",利用信息化手段更新文化建设内容、载体,整合工匠文化功能,实现以工匠精神为核心的高职院校工匠文化重构。

Behavioral biases of higher vocational college students in the information age need to be solved through in-campus construction of craftsmanship culture.On the basis of clarifying the misunderstandings in construction of campus cultures in higher vocational colleges,to realize reconstruction of craftsmanship culture in higher vocational colleges,which takes craftsmanship spirit as its core value,teachers and students need to be guided to pursue the“Approach”to craftsman being,contents and carriers of cultural construction need to be updated by information means,and functions of craftsmanship culture need to be re-organized and integrated.
