摘要
随着社会发展,调查研究广西职校教师工作满意度对促进职校教师队伍建设具有重要的现实意义。通过问卷以及数据分析的研究手段,调查广西五所职业院校教师的工作满意度,根据管理方式、教育环境、工作任务、人际关系、待遇薪水、晋升进修和社会地位等七个影响因素数据分析,评估职业学校的教师队伍工作满意水平。
With the development of society,research on and investigation of job satisfaction of vocational college teachers in Guangxi provide important realistic significance to promote construction of the teachers’team.By research means of questionnaire survey and data analysis,this article investigates job satisfaction of teachers from five vocational colleges in Guangxi,and assesses their level of job satisfaction based on data analysis of such seven influencing factors as management mode,educational environment,job assignment,interpersonal relationship,remuneration and treatment,further study and position promotion,and social status etc.It also provides some effective suggestions on such base.
