A Comparative Study on Cultivating Basketball Reserve Talents in China and Russia

从世界性的篮球比赛中看,中国篮球的综合实力虽然能够在世界中坐稳一席地位,但在整体条件下仍然要稍弱于部分欧洲国家。除了先天身体素质,篮球强国在人才培养方面也具有一定条件性的优势。俄罗斯向来是篮球强国,其管理体制有其独特性,其训练体制的长远性,其教练培养体制的专业性对我国篮球建设有一定的启示。

Seen from the world basketball competition,the comprehensive strength of Chinese basketball has a part to play in spite of the fact that its overall condition is still slightly weaker than that of some European countries.In addition to innate physical fitness,basketball power countries have advantages to a certain degree in the training of talents.Russia has always been a basketball power with its unique management system,longterm training system as well as the professionalism training system for coaches,which has some enlightenment for the construction of Chinese basketball.
