全面依法治国背景下社会道德与法律间的关系研究

A study on the Relationship between Social Morality and Law under the Background of Comprehensively Governing the Country by the Rule of Law

全面依法治国可分解为三部分,"全面"对应法律应用于静态社会和动态社会的面积概述,"依法"对应国家在治理过程中是完全以法律为准的,而"治国"则对应人民为主,以治理人民来协调国家状态的最终目的。法治可提升社会道德,社会道德可支撑法律之间的对应关系。

Comprehensively governing the country by the rule of law can be decomposed into three parts:“comprehensiveness”corresponds to the overview when law is applied in the static and dynamic society;the rule of law corresponds to being completely subject to the law in the process of governance;“governing the country”goes with the ultimate goal of coordinating the state of the country by making people take charge of their own city.The rule of law can promote social morality which can support the corresponding relations between the social morals and law.
