A Study on Key Issues in the Legislation of College Telecom Fraud

高校电信诈骗案件严重影响了社会治安,对高校学生的财产安全造成了很大威胁。归纳高校电信诈骗的新特征,阐述电信诈骗危害性,提出当前针对高校电信诈骗司法解释不清的关键问题,并总结部分立法建议。旨在有效遏制高校电信诈骗犯罪,保护学生财产安全,对维系社会治安有所助益。

College telecom fraud cases seriously affect the social order and pose a great threat to college students’safety of property.This paper summarizes the new features of college telecom fraud,elaborates the harmfulness of telecom fraud,proposes some legislative suggestions regarding the key problems that are not given clear judicial explanations.The study aims to effectively curb college telecom fraud crimes,to protect students property security and to maintain social order.
