皖江城市带上市公司治理分析——基于绩效管理的视角

An Analysis on the Governance of Listed Companies in Wanjiang Urban Belt——From the Perspective of Performance Management

作为我国境内新崛起的经济发展区域,皖江城市带的设置为其上市企业的发展提供了很多便利条件,加速了其区域内上市公司的发展。以上市公司的治理方式对公司治理的影响作为研究对象,表明皖江城市带上市公司在公司治理管理方面存在一些问题,相应的解决对策是,强化编制计划,加强重点要素治理,提高绩效管理等。

As a newly emerging economic development area in China,the establishment of Wanjiang Urban Belt has provided many convenient conditions for the development of the listed companies in this region and accelerated their development.This paper makes a study on the influence of the governance methods in the listed companies on the corporate governance.It shows that there are some problems in the corporate governance management for the listed companies in Wanjiang Urban Belt,and the corresponding solutions are suggested as the following:improving the preparation plan,strengthening the management of key factors,improving performance management,etc.
