转型发展背景下高校学生资助工作研究——以江西服装学院为例

A Study on College Students' Financial Aid under the Background of Transformational Development

习近平总书记在十九大报告中提出,要优先发展教育,要完善资助工作。高校学生资助工作不仅是"人心"工程,更是"民心"工程,是国家安全稳定和长治久安的重要战略,是国家实现全面小康社会的重要手段和载体,加强和完善高校学生资助工作势在必行。新形势下,高校应加强学生资助工作,健全资助工作机制,创新工作方式,完善资助育人功能,把资助工作融入高校教育教学的全过程,提高人才培养质量,促进学生健康成长和全面发展。

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointes out in the report of the19th National Congress that we should give priority to the development of education and improve the work of financial aid.The financial aid work for college students is a“people-winning”project as well as a“popularitywinning”one.The financial aid work is viewed as an important strategy for maintaining national security,stability,and long-term stability,and it is an important means and carrier for the country to achieve a comprehensive well-off society.In this regard,it’s imperative to strengthen and improve the financial aid work for college students.Under the new situation,colleges and universities should strengthen financial assistance for college student,improve the funding mechanism,innovate the working method,improve the education function of financial aid work,integrate the financial aid work into the whole process of higher education,improve the quality of personnel training,and promote college students’healthy growth and overall development.
