高职院校后勤管理低效问题与节约型管理模式的创建研究

A Study on the Inefficiency of Logistics Management and the Establishment of Economical Management Model in Higher Vocational Colleges

后勤管理作为高校管理的重要组成部分,在维持学校正常运行中处于重要地位。高职院校后勤管理部门的经费支出比例逐年增长,校园后勤服务中社会资源消耗也成倍增加。因此,在后勤管理中引入培养节约意识,减少在基础设施和能源消耗方面的浪费,对建设节约型校园,实现高职院校的可持续发展具有重要意义。

As an important part of college management,logistics management plays an important role in maintaining the normal operation of the school.Logistics management departments in higher vocational colleges have increased the proportion of expenditures year by year,and the consumption of social resources in campus logistics services has also multiplied.Therefore,there is a need to introduce and cultivate saving awareness in logistics management and reduce waste in infrastructure and energy consumption,which is of great significance for building a conservation-oriented campus and achieving sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
