摘要
现代学徒制式的人才培养模式独特,艺术设计专业人才培养可采用学徒制,全面创新教学理念、调整现有课程结构、优化教学活动条件、加强双师团队建设,建立设计专业人才培养改革路径。
Since modern apprenticeship system has the unique talent training model,it can be adopted in the training of art design talents by comprehensively innovating the teaching concept,adjusting the existing curriculum structure,optimizing teaching conditions,strengthening the double-division team building,and establishing the reform path for cultivating professional talents of art design.
