为适应地方建筑业发展和土建类专业群建设需要,更好地服务区域中高职院校、企业和社会,规划建设集教学、研发、技术服务、创新创业四大功能于一体的综合型校内实训基地。该基地建设凸显四中心耦合、产学研用协同发展理念,注重政行企校四方合作和深度融合,实践教学体系和实训项目设计科学合理,运营管理机制有利于促进基地建设各方共赢和项目可持续发展。

In order to meet the needs of the local construction industry and the professional group construction needs of civil engineering,serving vocational schools and technical colleges in this region,enterprises and society,set of teaching,research and development,technical services,innovation and entrepreneurship in one of the four integrated school training base was planned and constructed.The construction of the base highlights the concept of four-centers coupling and collaborative development of production,learning,research and using,pays atten?tion to the quartet cooperation and deep integration of government,industry,enterprise and school.Practical teaching system and training project design is scientific and reasonable.The operation and management mecha?nism is conducive to promoting the win-win situation of the base construction and the sustainable development of the project.Base construction practice has proved that the school training base based on the concept of fourcenters coupling and collaborative development of production,learning,research and using can promote students to practice professional skills and innovative entrepreneurial ability to enhance,and improve the quality of profes?sional personnel training.The related research results of base construction have demonstration,reference and ref?erence value for similar vocational colleges.
