护士主导的同伴教育对UC缓解期患者生存质量的影响研究 被引量:3

Study on the Effect of Peer Education Led by Nurse on Quality of Life of Patients with Ulcerative Colitis during Catabasis

摘要 目的探讨护士主导的同伴教育对溃疡性结肠炎缓解期患者生存质量的影响研究。方法对确诊UC缓解期患者并自愿入组的60例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规院外健康教育,观察组实施护士主导的同伴教育,两组在干预前、后及组间分别采取溃疡性结肠炎与克罗恩病知识评分表(CCKNOW)、炎症性肠病生存质量分析量表(IBDQ)进行效果评价和比较。结果两组干预前CCKNOW得分比较总分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组干预后CCKNOW得分比较总分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后IBDQ得分比较总分,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士主导的同伴教育显著提高了UC患者对疾病的认知和自我管理能力,改善了UC患者的生存质量。 Objective To discuss the study on the effect of peer education led by nurse on quality of life of patients with ulcerative colitis during catabasis.Methods For60cases of patients enrolled voluntarily who are diagnosed as UC during catabasis,they are randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group is given routine health education out of hospital,while the observation group is given peer education led by nurse.Effect comparison and evaluation is conducted by CCKNOW and IBDQ before intervention,after in?tervention and between groups.Results The total score of CCKNOW for the two groups before intervention is compared,and there is no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The total score of CCKNOW for observa?tion group after the intervention is better than that of control group,and there is statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total score of IBDQ for the two groups after intervention is compared,and the observation group is significantly better than the control group.There is statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Peer education led nurse significantly enhances the disease cognition and self-management ability for UC pa?tients,and improves the quality of life of patients with UC.
