耳穴埋籽联合耳穴按摩对胃癌术后肠内营养并发腹胀的影响研究

Research on the Effect of Auricular Seed Joint Auricular Massage to Enteral Nutrition and Abdominal Distension after Gastrointestinal Snigery

目的研究耳穴埋籽联合耳穴按摩对胃癌术后肠内营养并发腹胀的防治作用。方法随机将2017年6月～2017年12月70例胃癌术后行肠内营养的患者分为研究组和对照组,各35例,对照组采取常规护理措施进行干预,研究组在对照组的基础上进行耳穴埋籽联合耳穴按摩,比较两组患者腹胀发生、胃肠功能的恢复情况及患者治疗满意程度。结果研究组腹胀发生率、腹胀的分级评分、同期肠内营养总量、鼻肠管拔除时间、住院时间均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗满意率高达97.14%,显著高于对照组77.14%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌术后行肠内营养的患者予以耳穴埋籽联合耳穴按摩干预可促进患者胃肠功能的恢复,减少腹胀的发生率,加速患者康复,提高患者的满意度,且安全可行,可于临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of auricular seed joint auricular massage to enteral nutrition and abdominal distension after gastrointestinal snigery.Methods 70 patients from June to December 2017 who were sufferd from gastric cancer line of postoperative enteral nutrition was equally divided into research group and control group.The control group was be took routine nursing measures to intervene,but the research group was be took ear acupuncture point buries a seed joint points massage on the basis of the control group,which would be in order to compare the patients'situation and treatment satisfaction with the abdominal distension and gastrointestinal function recovery.Results The incidence of abdominal distension,the grading of abdominal distension,the total amount of enteral nutrition during the same period,the removal time of nasointestinal tube and the hospital stay were significantly lower in research group than that in control group(p<0.05),and the treatment satisfaction was significantly higher in research group than that in control group(97.14%vs77.14%,p<0.05).Conclusion The ear acupuncture point buries seed joint intervention and points massage was took on the patients who were suffering gastric cancer line of postoperative enteral nutrition,could promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the incidence of abdominal distension,accelerate rehabilitation patients,improve the patient satisfaction,which was safe and feasible,and could be took in clinical application.
