目的探索骨科住院病案首页质量管理中的效果。方法成立"品管圈",分析比较品管圈成立前后两组病案首页之间的错误率,统计方法采取χ2检验。结果成立品管圈之后的病案首页质量显著提高,病案首页的错误率显著降低,P<0.05,统计学有显著差异。结论品管圈在病案首页质量管理中起到了积极的作用,值得推广到医院其他科室住院病案首页质量管理中应用。
