摘要
针对矿井废旧皮带二次利用的批量生产中手动切割费时费力、加工长度受限制等的问题,南屯煤矿自行设计了一种高效电动皮带切割机,可同时一次自动切割多条不同规格的废旧皮带制品,可用于修复磨损的皮带两侧面,进一步提高废旧皮带的回收利用率和生产效率。
In view of the mine waste belt secondary utilization of mass production,the manual processing length of cutting laborious,restricted problems,Nantun Coal Mine designed a kind of high efficient electric belt cutting machine,can automatically cut once more at the same time waste belt products,different specifications of the two sides can be used to repair the wear of belt,further improve the old belt of recycling utilization and production efficiency.
