Classroom Supply-Demand Relationship and Students' Learning Competence Development

摘要 课堂上"教"与"学"的关系是一种"供"与"需"的关系。打破"教—供"与"学—需"的固定模式关系,充分开发课堂"供给"端,凸显生供课堂,可以让学生在先学后教、问学相长、合作探究的过程中真正成为课堂的主人,助推学生自主力、质疑力、思辨力等各项学力的生长,让学习真正发生。 The relationship between teaching and learning in classroom is a kind of relationship between supply and demand.Teachers should break the fi xed patterns of teaching-supply and learning-demand to fully develop the end of supply in classroom to highlight student-supply classroom teaching so that students can truly become masters of classroom by teaching after learning,asking and learning improvement,and cooperative exploration,eventually facilitating students’growth in abilities of independence,questioning and diff erentiating to let learning take place in an authentic way.
