摘要
采用超声萃取法对样品进行前处理,在选定的实验条件下采用火焰原子吸收光谱,利用标准曲线法分别测定了油样的中的铅、铬、铜3种金属元素的含量.结果表明,该方法线性关系良好,三种元素的回收率在87. 50%~93. 33%之间.该方法用于地沟油样品中金属元素含量的测定,结果准确令人满意.
With the samples pretreated by ultrasonic extraction,the method for the determination of metal content in three different oil samples by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was chosen.The results showed that under the optimal conditions,the linear range of calibration curve of the metal ions was good and the rate of recoveries was between87.50%and93.33%.The method can be applied to the analysis of the metal content in waste oil with satisfactory results and speediness.The research provides a reference for the identification of waste oil.
