摘要 实验以北高丛蓝莓莱格西的腋芽为外植体材料,研究玉米素(ZT)浓度对北高丛蓝莓莱格西蓝莓组培苗快繁组培的影响.结果表明:不定芽诱导中添加1. 0 mg/L~2. 0 mg/L ZT的改良WPM培养基对腋芽的诱导分化效果较好;生根条件以全部营养元素种类成分减半的改良WPM培养基先黑暗处理一周,再移至光照下持续培养的培养效果较好,其生根率高,根质量好;该研究对北高丛蓝莓"莱格西"的快速繁育和推广有一定的意义. In this study,the buds of Legacy were used as the explant materials to study the effects of zeatin(ZT)concentration on the rapid propagation of the tissue culture seedlings of north high blueberry.The results showed that the modified WPM medium with ZT1.0-2.0mg/L had better effects on the differentiation of axillary buds.The modified WPM medium with half of all nutrient elements was treated in the dark for one week,and then the culture with continuous growth under light was better with high rooting rate and good root quality.This study is of significance to the rapid breeding and popularization of the north high blueberry“Legacy”.
