广东碳市场价格水平分析及行业影响测算

碳价格是当前广东利用市场机制控制碳减排下的约束成本。基于近年来广东碳价格水平的运行情况和形成机制分析,评估碳价格水平对广东工业部门经济影响和节能减排的效果,进而提出合理可行的政策建议,以期能够为碳定价政策制定和实施提供参考。

In Guangdong,the carbon price is the constraint cost under applying market mechanism to restraint car-bon emission reduction.Based on the analysis of the operation and formation mechanism of carbon price level in Guangdong over the recent years,this paper evaluates the level of carbon price effect on the economic and energy-saving emission reduction impacts at Guangdong^industrial sectors,and then proposes reasonable and feasible pol-icy recommendations,in order to offer reference for the formulation and implement of carbon pricing policies.
