摘要
以影子工程法和影子价格法为基础,建立了陕西省环境总成本以及水环境污染经济损失的计算模型,通过模型计算出陕西省水环境污染的环境成本以及水环境污染经济损失,估算出2008—2012年陕西省的水环境污染损失值,分别为206.63,217.89,230.71,238.09,258.09亿元。计算结果表明,水环境污染造成的人体健康损失最大,2008—2012年间,陕西省水环境污染经济损失呈缓慢上升的趋势。根据2008—2012年间的水污染经济损失,预测出了2015—2024年陕西省的水污染经济损失。
Based on the shadow engineering method and the shadow price theory,the calculation model of the total environment cost and the economic loss of water pollution of Shaanxi Province is established.By means of the model,the author calculates the total environment cost and water pollution loss of Shaanxi province.And then,the economic loss of water pollution of Shaanxi is estimated between2008and2012,respectively20.663billion,21.789billion,23.071billion,23.809billion and25.809billion.The results show that the human body health loss caused by water pollution is the largest,and during2008-2012period,the economic losses of water environ-ment pollution in Shaanxi Province are slowly increasing.According to the economic loss of water pollution from2008to2012,to predict the economic loss of water pollution in Shaanxi Province in2015-2024.
