双D窑连接通道用耐火材料的改进

Improvement on refractories for connecting crossover channel in double-D kiln

介绍了双D窑用耐火材料情况及其在使用中发现的主要问题,并提出了改进措施。对连接通道耐火材料的品种进行更换,将特种镁砖更换成品质更好的高铝砖。改进后近4年半时间未发现耐火材料剥落现象,提高了双D窑的整体寿命。

This paper introduces the development of the refractories for connecting crossover tunnel in double-D kiln and the main problems in use,and proposes improvement measures.The magnesia bricks for connecting crossover channel were replaced by high quality alumina bricks.With these improvements,the service life of the double-D kiln increased,and refractories didn’t peel off in the last four and a half years.
