摘要
通过实验,提出一种收尘灰及碎石的化学处理方法,即酸解收尘灰或碎石,过滤掉不溶物,用沉淀法去除铁、铝、重金属等杂质元素,用碳化法得到高纯度、高白度的轻质碳酸钙。通过焙烧、消化还可以得到高纯度氧化钙、氢氧化钙,可应用于精细化工、环保、医药、电子行业等多行业所需的高纯系列产品。
A chemical treatment for recovery dust and gravel is proposed through experiments.In the method,the recovery dust and gravel are dissolved by acid hydrolysis,the insoluble materials are filtered,the impurities such as iron,aluminum and heavy metal are precipitated and the light calcium carbonate with high purity and high brightness is obtained by carbonization method.In addition,high purity calcium oxide and calcium hydroxide are obtained by calcination and digestion,which can be applied in high purity products required for fine chemical,environmental protection,pharmaceutical and electronic industries.
