基板型电池保护电路封装模具技术探讨

摘要 PCB基板可为芯片提供电连接、保护、支撑、散热、组装等功效,针对电池的过充、过度放电、过电流及短路保护很重要,通常都会在电池包内设计保护线路用以保护移动通讯设备等所用电池。通过对基板型电池保护电路封装模具技术探讨,并针对模具设计难点,从模具流道、浇口设计,料筒、模盒排布,型腔支撑柱排布,引线、产品排布设计紧凑等各方面系统优化解决,确保塑封产品质量稳定。 PCB substrate can provide power connection,protection,support,heat dissipation,assembly and other functions for the chip.It is very important to provide over-charge,over-discharge,over-current and short-circuit protection for the battery.Therefore,protection lines are usually designed in the battery pack to protect the mobile communication equipment and other batteries.This paper discusses the technology of the encapsulation mold for the protection circuit of baseplate battery,and in view of the difficulties in the mold design,optimizes the solution from various aspects,such as the mold runner,gate design,material barrel,mold box layout,mold cavity support column layout,lead and product layout design,etc.,to ensure the stability of the plastic seal product quality.
