With the launch of the Belt and Road strategy,Chinese enterprises are gradually developing overseas markets.For the different economic conditions,political environment,laws and regulations of the countries along the route,legal risks will arise due to political factors,environmental protection,labor protection and intellectual property rights.Therefore,in order to protect the overseas investment of Chinese enterprises,the risks should be investigated,and the changes in the laws and policies of the host country should be concerned.
